Enabling location and notification settings within driver app

Location

To ensure dispatch knows where the vehicle is located so that ride requests can be sent, turn on Location Tracking.
If the following message pops up, always select Allow While Using App.

Another method is to go into Settings and find the application listed on the left.
Then select Location on the right.

Then select Always.

Notifications

It is recommended that drivers always keep the driver app open and displayed on the iPad screen. If you happen to have the iPad screen turned off or using another app, notifications are built into the Mobile22 Driver App to alert you of incoming ride requests. To ensure you see these requests always allow notifications for this app.

Visit the settings app on your iPad and select Notifications from the left main menu.
From there, select Mobile22 Driver.

Once you have the notifications menu open, adjust the settings as indicated below to maximize the notification effectiveness.
