Downloading the Mobile22 Driver App
On your iPad, visit the Apple App Store.
Search for "mobile22 driver" and select GET to download the app.
For initial use, drivers will use the Sign Up
option and enter the email that is already entered for him/her in the Driver Management System.
Note that emails must be all lowercase when entered into Driver Management and Driver App
If the email matches, the driver will receive an email link to confirm their email.
If the driver doesn't receive the email, have the driver check their junk folder.
If the link in the email doesn't work, have the driver delete all email messages from Mobile22 and try submitting the email on the sign up screen in Driver App again.
After the driver selects the link they'll be taken to a page that lets them know their email has been confirmed. The iPad should automatically refresh to show a page prompting them to create a password.
TIP: Select "always allow" anytime the app asks you to permit notifications and location tracking. Also, keep the iPad volume at a high level as there are audible alerts for new ride notifications and changes.
Current drivers will use Login.
Enter his/her email and password, then select Continue.
For the initial use, drivers should select Sign Up as indicated above.
For drivers who forgot his/her password, select Reset.
The driver will be sent an email to the address on file with a link to select to reset their password.
The link will take the user to the reset password page where they can enter a new password.
To log out of the application, select the User Icon button.
Once in the profile, select Log Out .
Then confirm log out.
