How do I assign a vehicle to a ride request?

There are 2 different ways to assign a vehicle a ride request.

1. Clicking on the Request card from the Request List.

On the left side of the screen, the Request List displays ride cards not yet assigned.


Click the card to be assigned. A list of candidate vehicles will be generated for that ride on the left side of the screen with the best candidates at the top of the list.



Clicking on the candidate vehicle card will highlight both the card (see the blue strip on the left side of the card) as well as the candidate vehicle (see the enlarged circle around the candidate vehicle).



Click on the Select button for the vehicle for which to send the request.



The Request List will then reappear and the ride just assigned will be listed at the top until the driver accepts the ride. 



After the driver accepts, the ride will disappear from the Request List.

2. Clicking on the pickup location of the assigned ride on the map. Red triangles indicate Scheduled Requests whereas Yellow triangles indicate On Demand Requests.



Similar to clicking on the Request card, when clicking on the triangle, a list of candidate vehicles will be generated for that ride on the left side of the screen with the best candidates at the top of the list.



Click on the Select button for the vehicle for which to send the request.



The Request List will then reappear and the ride just assigned will be listed at the top until the driver accepts the ride.

After the driver accepts, the triangle will disappear from the map.
