Placing delivery orders 

You can place delivery orders in the Mobile22 Web Portal. The Mobile22 iOS App does not support deliveries at this time.  

To place a delivery order with the Mobile22 Web Portal: 
  1. Log in to your Mobile22 account, then go to Book a Ride. 
  2. Enter the Pickup Details, Drop-off Details, Product Information and any Driver Notes for your delivery.  
  3. Enter the preferred Timing for your pickup. 
  4. Choose the preferred Delivery Service for your delivery.  
  5. Choose the preferred Payment Method and Gratuity for your delivery. 
  6. Select Schedule Delivery in the Booking Summary box.  

Delivery services 

Mobile22 offers four delivery services: 
  1. Priority (delivery within 1 hr of booking) 
  2. Express (delivery within 2 hrs of booking) 
  3. Business-Priority (delivery within 4 hrs of booking) 
  4. Standard (delivery within 6 hrs of booking) 
You can choose from any of these services while placing your delivery order in the Mobile22 Web Portal.  

Cancelling deliveries 

Cancelling a Mobile22 delivery order is as easy as cancelling a Mobile22 ride.  
  1. Go to your Rides list and select the trashcan icon next to the delivery you wish to cancel.

    • Tracking orders

      Businesses can track their orders in the Mobile22 Web Portal.   Rides and deliveries can be tracked in the Web Portal in the Rides page.   Rides can also be tracked in the iOS App by the Primary Rider for each ride.
