Navigate to the All Checked-in Drivers page by selecting the Checked-in Drivers menu link on the top of the page.
Select the Check In button to begin the check in process for a driver.
Begin entering information on the Check In screen.
Enter the Scheduled Start Date and Time and Scheduled End Time of the driver's reservation (formerly known as shift).
Select the date and time for the scheduled reservation Start Time. The current date will be selected by default.
Select the date and time for the scheduled reservation End Time. The current date and 4 hours past the start time will be selected by default, but should be changed accordingly.
Please use the date and time picker that pop up on the screen rather than typing in the date/time field. This ensures data integrity and reduces errors.
Begin typing in the Driver's Name. Possible matches will appear below. Select the appropriate driver.
Assign a Vehicle to the driver by selecting from available vehicles in the dropdown list.
Once a vehicle is selected, either the Starting Mileage will pre-populate or will need to be entered manually.
Enter the iPad number (free text field) and indicate whether a Food Delivery Bag has been provided to the driver.
If the driver is an employee driver, indicate the amount of Change Given to the driver.
Select the Check In button to complete the check-in process.
Once the Check-in is complete, the driver's name, scheduled reservation bar and wheel indicating checked in and on the road, will display on the All Checked-in Drivers page.
Also, the Cab number, iPad number and Food Delivery bag will appear by clicking on the driver's reservation bar.
